The Moorea Pearl Resort & Spa is situated on 7.5 acres of white sand beachfront, a short drive from the airport and the ferry terminal and just over 3 km from the magnifi cent Cook‘s Bay. This traditional Polynesian – style hotel offers 95 rooms and bungalows. It features 28 Over Water Bungalows, 9 Beach Bungalows, 28 Garden Bungalows all with private pool and 30 Garden Rooms & Family Rooms. All have ceiling fan and air conditioning, sundeck, and in addition, the overwater bungalows have a large sundeck and sitting area with direct access to the lagoon. To keep you occupied, Françoise and her team will be very happy to tell you all about the various activities and excursions available during your stay: snorkelling and diving, jeep safaris, helicopter rides, motu picnics, island tours by canoe with shark, ray feeding, and much more. Nestled in the heart of the resort, the Spa has been conceived and built in the pure tradition of Polynesian well-being. Pearl Resorts & Spa aims to offer guests the most authentic Polynesian experience possible, here in Moorea, this includes traditional tattooing by native Polynesian tattoo artist Herenui “Here” Teriitehau. For dining, the resort offers 2 restaurants and 1 bar plus special dinners and theme evenings, notably the Polynesian Evening each Wednesday with a traditional show and fi re dances.
